Negotiations between ourselves, builder, architect, charities commission and so on just to dot the i's and cross the t's.
Hopefully God willing we should start building by the back end of summer with works scheduled to take 26 weeks.
Please pray that all of the obstacles in our way will be removed to facilitate furtherance of the building project.

Decision Time
The leadership will meet tomorrow to discuss the tenders received last week. In a nut shell its time for us to decide the future of the project.
The building comittee has placed an embargo on sharing the actual figures with anyone until after the leaders meeting simply so that we can work on finding out a bit more information we need to deliver our verdict.
The final report from the architect is due to me tomorrow so I should have all the facts ready.
